Solar Energy Development PEIS Public Comment Form
Members of the public are encouraged to participate in the EIS process. The current public comment period will be open through July 30. During this comment period, the DOE and the BLM request comments on 24 tracts of BLM-administered land which are receiving in-depth study for solar development. Comments regarding environmental issues, existing resource data, and industry interest with respect to the proposed study areas in particular are sought.

SUBMITTING PERSONAL INFORMATION: You must submit your name for your comment to be considered. Any other information is optional.
WITHOLDING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION: Individual respondents may request confidentiality. If you wish the Agencies to withhold your name or street address from public view or from disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act, you must state this prominently at the beginning of your written comment. The Agencies will honor such requests to the extent allowed by law. All submissions from organizations or businesses, and from individuals identifying themselves as representatives or officials of organizations or businesses, will be available for public inspection in their entirety.
After your comment form is submitted, you will get a printable acknowledgement for your records. You will also be sent an e-mail receipt if you supplied a valid e-mail address.
